COROS does not send its data to Sapiens Rank directly: it goes through Health Connect, which the app reads every day. Once connected, your steps, sleep and heart rate flow into your score automatically.

What this source adds to your score:
Open the COROS app, tap the Profile tab (bottom right), then Settings.
Tap Third-Party Apps.
Tap Data Sync.
In the list, choose Health Connect.
Tap Sync.
On the permission screen, turn on Allow all, then tap Allow.
Open Sapiens Rank: your data is read every time the app opens. If nothing shows up, check in Health Connect that COROS is allowed to write every category.
